Shipping & Delivery

Dabblus uses EMS (Express Mail Service), an international express service offered by over 140 postal services worldwide, including the United States Postal Service, Parcelforce Worldwide (UK), Chronopost (France), Australia Post, Canada Post, Singapore Post Limited, and Hongkong Post. However, depending on circumstances, we may also select from a pool of couriers, such as DHL or FEDEX, to provide the most suitable delivery service for your specific order. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments. Dabblus will use its discretion to determine the best courier for each order, and reserves the right to change couriers without prior notice. .

[Standard Shipping or Premium Standard Shipping] Orders are shipped via the Post Office. Dabblus will use its discretion to determine the best shipping agent for each order, and reserves the right to change shipping agents without prior notice.

All orders shipped using Express Shipping come with a tracking number or code supplied by the selected courier, such as UPS, FedEx, EMS or DHL. Orders shipped using Standard Shipping or Premium Standard Shipping may or may not come with a tracking number.

Trackable orders sent via Standard Shipping or Premium Standard Shipping can be tracked through your local post office. If available, tracking numbers and relevant links can be found in "My Account" under the Shipping and Tracking section of shipped orders in your Order History.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Dabblus is dedicated to providing our customers with the best service.

Please refer to the “Return Types” table below to determine which return options are available for the item you wish to return. After understanding your options, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if you submit your request within the allowed time period (specified in the table), which starts from the day you receive the order. RMA requests can be submitted the following ways:

All returns must be sent to us within 30 days of the RMA issue date. Dabblus reserves the right to refuse returns that are not received within a reasonable time frame.

Terms & Conditions

General for all products

All returns must be sent back to our United States, Canada, United Kingdom logistics partner addresses or's Hong Kong office with prior authorization, i.e. a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. Dabblus will usually reship replacement or repaired items using Standard Shipping. Dabblus reserves the right to determine reshipping method regardless of the shipping method used in the original order. Items marked as “Final Clearance” are not eligible for Size Exchange, and Unwanted or Unopened Item Return. is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail to ensure that it reaches us. Coupon discounts as well as shipping and handling fees from the original shipment to the customer are not refundable. reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute,'s decision will be final.

Defective Item Exchange will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid, and if the defective items are returned via Regular Air Mail or Registered Air Mail. Return shipping costs will be refunded in Dabblus Store Credit within seven (7) days of receipt of your return. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when using other shipping methods, including Courier Services or Express Mail. In cases of defective return, will provide a replacement item instead of a refund. If the defective item is a Jewelry product (except Silver 925 and silverware products), it may be considered for repair service.

Size Exchange

Items returned for size exchange must be in mint, unused condition. reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition. Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of size exchange. Dabblus will be responsible for shipping fee of replacement. will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.

Unwanted or Unopened Item Return

Unwanted or unopened items returned to must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of unwanted or unopened returns. will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit. Refunds for unwanted or unopened items will be issued in the form of Dabblus Credit. Refunds will be processed when returned products are received and confirmed to be in acceptable condition by Dabblus. If you return all of the items in your original shipment, your order will no longer be eligible for Free Shipping and you will be charged a shipping cost for the original shipment. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, which will be issued after returned products are received.

Defective Item Repair

Only Jewelry products, excepting Silver 925 and silverware products, may be returned for repair.

Return requests must be filed/requested to our Customer Service Department within 180 days (for all Jewelry products, except Silver 925 and silverware products) of shipment receipt in order to qualify for return. Requests that exceed these specified periods may be refused or disregarded.

Suspected defective products will be examined by professional jewelers. Common reasons classified as "defective" are physical damage, unclean or dirty jewelry, and obvious separation of jewelry parts. Damage and defects unrelated to product quality will not be eligible for return.

If returned items require repair work after being examined by professional jewelers, a 4-5 week repair period will be required.


How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Sign in with your email address and password.

2. Browse the site and add the items of your choice to your Shopping Bag. Be sure to select size or other option of your selected item.

3. Go to your Shopping Bag to edit or delete any items. Make sure the number of items indicated in the "Quantity" field of each item is correct. If you change the quantity of any items, remember to click the "Update" button and allow the page to refresh.

4. When you're ready to place your order, click the "Proceed to Secure Checkout" button.

5. Sign in again with your email address and password to proceed to the checkout process.

6. Select one of your Shipping Addresses or create a new Shipping Address by selecting "Create a new profile" from the Address Book dropdown menu and entering your shipping information. Remember to fill in all required fields (marked with "*").

7. Select a Shipping Method and press "Continue."

8. Select a Gift Option and press "Continue."

9. Select a Payment Method and enter payment information (i.e., your credit card information and CVC) if necessary. Remember to fill in all required fields (marked with "*"). Press "Continue" when finished.

10. Review your order to make sure all the information is correct. Click the "Edit" button in the "Shopping Bag" section of checkout to edit the order.

11. Click the "Place Order" button in the "Order Confirmation" section to confirm your purchase.

12. Once the order is successfully placed, you will be given an order number. Make note of your order number for future reference.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

When will my credit card be charged ?

If you pay using your credit card directly on our website, your credit card will be charged upon approval of the total order amount. Prior to approval, your order is in the "Verification" or "On Hold" stage, during which you will not be charged. After approval, your credit card will be charged and the order will enter the "Processing" stage.

If you use a third-party payment platform, e.g., PayPal, your credit card may be charged at order placement or another time.

Which credit cards do you honor?

We currently accept major international credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB. Dabblus guarantees that your online transaction will be secure and that your credit information will be protected. See our Privacy & Security Policy. All transactions are charged when the order is approved for processing and before it is shipped out. We guarantee that you will not be billed for any additional charges not associated with the order.

What currency do you charge my credit card?

All transactions will be charged in Canadian dollars (CAD) only.

Can I pay with someone else's credit card?

Yes. For security reasons, however, our Accounting Department may contact the rightful cardholder to verify the order and the identity of the cardholder. Please note that paying with someone else's credit card will lengthen your credit card verification process and you must receive prior consent from the rightful credit card owner.

What is CVC?

When paying via credit card, you are required to input your credit card's CVC number each time you place an order.

CVC (Card Verification Code) is an authentication procedure established by credit card companies to provide greater security for Internet transactions. Also known as CVV (Card Verification Value) or CSC (Card Security Code), this 3 or 4 digit code is different from the standard credit card number, and can be found on the front or back of the credit card depending on the type of card. By entering the code during online transactions, the card holder verifies that the card is currently in their possession, thereby reducing the risk of credit card fraud. How does CVC work?

The CVC is generated by encrypting the credit card number and expiry date with an encryption key known only to the issuing bank. This number is not stored on a credit card's magnetic stripe, so it cannot be collected during normal offline purchases, and will not appear on any sales receipts or billing statements. As such, the only way to obtain the CVC number is to have the card in one's possession. After entering the CVC during an online transaction, the number is sent to the issuing bank to verify that the card number and CVC match. This validates that the credit card user had the actual physical credit card in hand when they placed the order. Where can I find the CVC number?

On a Visa or MasterCard, the CVC is a three-digit number located on the back of the card, usually in the signature stripe or to the right of it. On some cards, the CVC number will be printed on the back of the card after a full reprinting of the credit card number, or the last four digits of the credit card number.

Will my CVC number be stored with my credit card profile?

No. For your own security, Dabblus will not save your CVC number in your credit card profile.

Besides the CVC, what other security measures does Dabblus take when I place an order?

To provide a safe online shopping experience and protect customers from unauthorized credit card use, Dabblus works with Retail Decisions to check transactions for fraudulent activity. Retail Decisions (ReD) is one of the leading fraud prevention companies in the e-commerce industry with over 20 years of experience.

What is your credit card verification procedure?

Most credit card verification are done automatically online by our payment gateway. We understand, however, that providing maximum protection to our valued customers is essential. Thus, we may ask our customers for additional credit card information such as monthly credit card statement copies or actual copy of credit card in order to ensure that we are dealing with the rightful cardholder. This process is not required for every transaction and is in place to minimize the possibility of unauthorized usage of your credit card. During the credit card verification process, your "My Account" order status will be displayed as “Verifying”. The verification usually takes 1 – 2 business days, longer if our Accounting Department requires additional information.

Can I change my payment method after I've placed an order?

After your order has been placed, you may still change from using a credit card to a non-credit card payment method, as long as your order has not been approved for processing and your credit card has not yet been charged.

For example, you may change your payment method from credit card to PayPal, direct deposit, or check payment. However, you may not change your payment method from PayPal to credit card. To change your payment method, please contact Customer Service before your order has been approved.

If your order has been approved and your credit card has been charged, your request to change payment methods cannot be processed.

How are refunds handled?

All credit card transactions are charged upon order approval. Any amount owed for cancelled items will be refunded via the original payment method once the order has been fully shipped. It usually takes us between 5-7 business days to process refunds. The actual refund to your credit card will usually take 7-14 days, or even longer depending on the credit card used and your bank's policies. Dabblus is not be responsible for any additional bank transaction fees or differences in the refund amount due to fluctuating exchange rates. For returns, a refund will be given in accordance with our return policy. We offer size exchanges for incorrectly-sized items and replacements for defective products. Please refer to our return and exchange policies for more information.

My credit card statement lists an additional fee relating to my transaction with Why did this happen? is located in Hong Kong and uses an international payment gateway for its credit card transactions. Some banks or credit card companies will charge transaction fees for international purchases, which will be reflected on your credit card statement as an extra charge. Please confirm with your bank or credit card company for details of their foreign transaction fees.

I placed an order using store credit, and used enough store credit to cover my order. I was asked to provide my credit card information as an additional payment method, but then found my credit card billed for an additional CA$2. Why did that happen?

The CA$2 amount you refer to represents an authorization or "pending" amount and is required by our third-party payment gateway to process your order. This authorization is not an actual transaction and will not be billed to your credit card. It should be removed from your credit card statement within several business days, depending on your credit card issuing bank's policies and procedures.

If I add items to my order, how will my credit card be charged for the extra amount?

If you wish to order additional items, you should place a new order. We will only replace cancelled items on your current order, and the replacement items must be of equal or lesser value to the cancelled items. Any owed amount will be refunded once your order has been shipped.

I have changed my shipping method to one that requires higher shipping fees. How will my credit card be charged for this?

Additional shipping or handling fees will be charged to your credit card when you change your shipping method. However, the amount may be reflected on your credit card only a few days later depending on your bank's policies. Please note that these additional fees will be reflected as a separate amount on your credit card bill than your original order payment.

Can I use more multiple credit cards to pay for my order?

No, we only allow usage of one credit card when checking out. Also, if you are paying additional fees (e.g., if you change your shipping method and must pay extra), we must charge the same credit card that you used when you originally placed your order. When placing separate orders, you are free to use a different credit card.

Do you accept debit cards and if so, how are charges handled?

Some debit cards are accepted by our payment processor depending on your issuing bank. If your debit card is accepted, we will handle billing and refunds the same way as do with credit cards. As we cannot identify which debit cards will be accepted prior to placing an order, we recommend that you try to place an order with your debit card. If the order goes through, then our payment processor accepts your debit card. If the order is not accepted then we suggest you use a different card or payment method.

Viewing Orders

Why can't I set my shipping address to a country other than Canada?

At we only ship to Canada. When entering a shipping address during the checkout process, you cannot input a destination other than Canada. If you would like to ship to areas other than Canada, you can use the Flying Cart function during checkout, or you may shop at our other websites.

Can I check my Order History?

The first page of “My Account” will display the five most recent orders under “Order Information”. Click into “Check your complete Order History” to view a complete list of past orders. Click into each order to view order details.

Can I view past shipment invoices?

Every shipment comes with separate shipment invoices. To view each shipment invoice, click into “Order Details”, and then click the “View invoice for this shipment” link. Invoices contain important information such as payment total, credit deductions, shipping and handling charges, and items within the shipment.

Why can't I see the order I just placed?

Orders just placed on our site may not display immediately as our system requires time to process the information. The process may take from 15 minutes to 2 hours. Please contact Customer Service if you do not see your order after 2 hours of order placement.

Why do the order date and time seem incorrect?

The order date and time you see is displayed in Greenwich Time (GMT +00).

Updating Account Information

How can I protect my account?

Security of customer accounts is one of our top priorities. In order to strengthen your account's security we have updated our password protection requirements. Your password should now be at least 8 characters long, with a maximum of 20 characters in total. If your existing password does not meet these requirements, you will still be able to access all of our features. However, we advise that you use a longer and more complex password to ensure your account's security.

How can I change my password?

You may change your password at any time using the following steps:

1. Log in to My Account

2. Click on the "Personal Information" link in the Account Management section. You will be directed to the Personal Information page.

3. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field, ensuring that it is at least 8 characters and no more than 20 characters in length.

4. Verify your new password by re-typing it into the "Re-type New Password" field.

5. Enter your current password in the "Current Password" field.

6. Click the "Submit" button to complete changing your password.

Can I use the same information I use at other Dabblus websites to log in to

Yes. The same Dabblus account information can be used at all Dabblus websites. Simply sign into with your login and password registered at other Dabblus websites.

How do I change my sign-in and personal information?

You may change sign-in and personal information such as name, sign-in email address, and password from "My Account". Simply change the information in the field and click the “Update” button. If you change your email address, please remember to sign in with your new email address next time. For your safety, personal information can ONLY be changed by the customer from the “My Account” section. Customer Service cannot modify personal information.

What is a credit card profile?

A credit card profile contains information about your credit card(s). The credit card profile name is simply a reference name assigned to the profile when it is created. By default, credit card profile names will be Card 1, Card 2, and so on. The default credit card profile refers to the credit card that will automatically be used during order placing unless changed during checkout.

How do I change my credit card information?

You may add, modify or delete any credit card profiles in this section. Simply click the “Edit” or “Delete” button on the right of each record to make modifications. To add a new credit card profile, click the “Add New Card” button at the bottom part of the page. Any changes made to the credit card information in your account will not affect orders that have been successfully placed. You may contact our Customer Service team to modify your orders.

What is an address profile?

An address profile contains information about your shipping and billing addresses. The address profile name is simply a reference name assigned to the profile when it is created. By default, address profile names will be Address 1, Address 2, and so on. The contact phone number within the address profile will be used by our delivery agent to call the receiver if necessary. It is also printed on the address label when we ship out orders.

The email address within the address profile will receive shipment invoices when your order is ready for shipment. It may or may not be the same as your sign in email depending on the email account at which you would like to receive shipment invoices.

How do I change my shipping address?

You may add, modify, or delete shipping address records in the "Address Book" section. Simply click either the “Edit” or “Delete” button on the right of each record to make modifications. To add a new shipping address record, click the “Add New Address” button at the bottom part of the page.
